Privacy Policy
We explain what personal data we process and why.

2. Data and purposes
We process contact, company and billing data, trip details, catering, allergies, accessibility, communications, quotes, bookings, vouchers, invoices, payments and technical logs to advise, calculate, plan, deliver and secure our services.
3. Automation and RhyBerater
The current RhyBerater is rule-based and sends no content to an external AI provider. Standard cases may be checked automatically; unclear cases are referred to staff. A booking arises only through express acceptance of a quote.
4. Recipients and hosting
Only persons who need data for their work receive it. Where required, data may be shared with suppliers, payment providers, banks, advisers, IT/email providers and authorities. Infrastructure is mainly operated by Hetzner in Switzerland, Germany or the EEA.
5. Cookies
The public website currently uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Technically necessary data may be stored for security, login and functionality.
6. Retention and security
Contract, booking, invoice and payment records may be retained for ten years. Unneeded data is deleted or anonymised. Personal links and voucher codes must be kept confidential.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, delivery, transfer or deletion and object to certain processing. Contact kontakt@rhytaxi-basel.com. Proof of identity may be required.
8. Changes
This policy is updated when processing or legal requirements change. The version published here is current.
